The SCC softball team split with East Central on 4/23.  The Cougars were defeated in game one but bounced back in game two with a 12-11 win.  The Cougars were trailing 7-8 in the bottom of the 6th before a solo homerun was hit to tie the game at 8-8.  SCC then scored four more runs in the inning to take a 12-8 lead heading into the 7th.  East Central rallied late to score three runs in the top of the 7th but SCC was able to hold on to seal the victory.
