Coach Tim Mosby has taken the Men's Soccer program to new heights with 68 wins in 5 seasons.

2019: 13-7-1, SCC broke the school record for regular season wins (13), and pulled off an upset of a nationally ranked opponent.

2020: 12-5-1, The Cougars set significant school history. SCC was Nationally Ranked, won the Region 16 Championship Tournament and Regular Season title, and were the Central District Championship runners up.  The Cougars qualified for the 2020 NJCAA National Tournament with an At Large Bid.  This was the first trip to the NJCAA National Tournament for the program.  At the National Tournament, the #11 seed Cougars knocked off the #2 seed CCBC Essex 2-1, but fell to #7 Prairie State 2-1. The Cougars finished with an NJCAA National Tournament Elite Eight Appearance and Coach Mosby was named the 2020 Region 16 Coach of the Year.  

2021: 15-5-3, SCC was Nationally Ranked and brought home a second straight Region 16 Championship and first Central District Championship. Mosby was named Region 16 Coach of the Year and Central District Coach of the Year.  In the National Tournament, the Cougars won their pool with a 2-0 over #10 Phoenix and a 1-0 over #3 Pearl River, which lead them to an NJCAA National Tournament Final Four Appearance. The Cougars lost in the semi-finals to #1 CCBC Essex 2-1 and ended with a school record 15 wins.  

2022: 13-5-1, St. Charles won the Regular Season Region 16 Championship with a 4-1-0 and finished the season in the Region 16 Tournament Semi Finals.

2023:  14-5-2, St. Charles reached the Region 16 Championship as a #5 seed and finished the season in the District Tournament Semi-Finals.

Mosby previously coached at St. Louis Community College from 2014-2019, and built the soccer program from a 2-win team to a nationally ranked program. This includes capturing 3 straight Region 16 championships 2016-2018, 3 straight conference championships in 2016-2018, Central District Championships in 2016-2018, and National Tournament in 2016-2018. This success helped Coach Mosby to be named MCCAC & Region 16 Coach of the year 3 years in a row in 2016-2018.
