Ryan Brink threw 10 innings this week in two starts. Ryan started and threw 3 innings against Frontier in the Season Opening win against Frontier CC but earned the weekly honors for his effort against the then 9-0 club from Mineral Area College. Ryan threw a complete 7 inning gem where he faced only 4 batters over the minimum and only two after the first two hitters of the game.  In his 95 pitch effort Ryan racked up 4 K's and only allowed 4 hits on the day. On top of his two great performances on the mound Ryan went 4 for 7 at the plate this week! This is SCC's 1^st Pitcher of the Week Award in 2019.
