2021: REGION 16 RUNNERS UP - Cougars finished as Runners Up in the Region 16 Tournament Championship game.  The Cougars made an upset run through the Region Tourney knocking off #1 seed, #12 nationally ranked Mineral Area College in the Semi Finals.  The Cougars finished the season at 6-9-3.

2022: REGION 16 CHAMPIONS - The Cougars won the Regular Season Region 16 with a 4-1-0 record and finished the regular season 12-2-0. #1 seed SCC defeated Metropolitan Community College  2-1 in the Semi-Finals and Mineral Area College 1-0 in the Finals to claim the Region 16 Tournament Title. The Cougars fell to SWIC 2-1 in the District Playoff and finished their season at 14-3-0. Coach Mosby was awarded the 2022 REGION 16 COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD.

2023: REGION 16 CHAMPIONS, MCCAC CHAMPIONS, CENTRAL DISTRICT CHAMPIONS, NATIONAL TOURNEY ELITE 8- The Cougars won the Regular Season Region 16 with a 4-1-0 record and finished the regular season 12-1-0.  #1 seed SCC defeated Mineral Area 1-0 in the Semi-Finals and shut out St Louis 3-0 in the Finals to claim their 2nd consecutive Region 16 Tournament Title.  The Cougars won the Central District Championship Match vs National Park 5-0.  The Cougars won their 10th game in a row in the National Tournament with a 3-1 win over Cape Fear.  SCC dropped the Quarterfinal match to Holmes 4-0 to end the season in the Elite 8. 

Coach Mosby was awarded the 2023 REGION 16 COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD, 2023 MISSOURI COMMUNITY COLLEGE ATHLETIC CONFERENCE COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD, and 2023 CENTRAL DISTRICT COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD
