The SCC Cougars dropped their first game of the season to John Wood CC by a final of 3-4.  The Cougars were down 0-2 early in the first half, but they fought back in the second half to net three straight goals.  John Wood responded with two of their own goals to seal the win in the final minutes.

The Cougars will be back in action on their home field this weekend taking on Northwest Mississippi CC at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 24th and Allen County CC at 1:00pm on Sunday, August 25th.
